Job summary

Citra Borneo Indah Group (in affiliation with PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk.) seeks high-potential fresh graduates to join the Management Trainee program Batch XXVII. The MT tracks include Estate and Shipping, with extensive classroom and field-based training.

Program comprises 3 months of initial training, 9 months of on-the-job training, followed by a service commitment within the company, and placement in Central Kalimantan operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in MT program with defined training tracks.
