Management Development Program (MDP) adalah program karier yang dirancang untuk mempersiapkan future leaders di dunia perbankan. Selama program berlangsung, peserta akan mendapatkan pelatihan intensif, mentoring dari profesional berpengalaman, serta kesempatan mendalami berbagai fungsi bisnis untuk memahami proses kerja secara menyeluruh. Melalui kombinasi pembelajaran dan pengalaman langsung, peserta akan mengembangkan kemampuan analisis, problem solving, dan leadership, serta dipersiapkan untuk mengambil peran strategis dan melanjutkan karier sebagai karyawan tetap di perusahaan.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• WNI berusia maksimal 24 tahun (S1) dan 26 tahun (S2)
• Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan dengan IPK minimal 3.00
• Menyukai tantangan dan senang mempelajari hal-hal baru
• Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi, analytical thinking, interpersonal, serta leadership yang baik
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris secara lisan dan tulisan
• Mampu berbahasa asing lainnya menjadi nilai tambah
