The Management Development Program is a systematic development programme designed to maximise applicants' potential and prepare them to become our future leaders. We are seeking candidates who will be developed into leaders at our branches throughout Indonesia. Trainees will learn and experience various job and role functions within and across the area in the accelerated learning environment.
