In light of growing business demand, Accenture has decided to strengthen its Management Consulting workforce in the Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) practice across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia).

As a Manager, you will:
  • Lead Client Engagements: Spearhead high-impact consulting projects for our CMT clients, offering strategic guidance and innovative solutions.
  • Provide Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of consultants, fostering their growth and ensuring project success.
  • Offer Strategic Advisory: Provide expert advice on CMT industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Participate in Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored solutions that enhance client outcomes.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership: Play a role in the development of thought leadership content and stay at the forefront of industry developments.
Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and Implementing Business Solutions: Developing and executing innovative business solutions that drive industry, functional, and technological transformations.

Qualifications

  • Education: A relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
Job Requirements
  • Consulting Experience: 3-5 years of consulting experience or 5-7 years of industry business partnering/strategy role
  • CMT Expertise: Strong industry experience within the CMT sector.
  • Market-Facing Skills: Proficiency in market-facing activities, telecoms product management, product marketing, strategy, and planning.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of industry dynamics and the competitive landscape.
  • Market Segmentation: Proficiency in market segmentation and customer value management analysis.
  • GTM Strategy: Experience in GTM strategy development, including proposition and CMT/ICT campaign design and execution.
  • Process Improvement: Skill in process analysis and reimagination to optimize operations.
  • Commercial Acumen: Competence in commercial/business casing.
