Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on production machines and utilities.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical machine issues.
• Support senior technicians/engineers during corrective maintenance and shutdowns.
• Conduct basic repairs on motors, sensors, pneumatic & hydraulic parts, belts, gears, bearings, etc.
• Perform basic electrical tasks such as wiring checks, panel inspections, and component replacements.
• Complete maintenance logbooks, work orders, and reports in the CMMS (if applicable).
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO, PPE, and 5S workplace standards.
• Support spare parts handling and maintenance tools management.
• Participate in machine installation, testing, and commissioning when required.
• Provide feedback on recurring breakdown issues and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Maintenance role. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance skills required. Strong troubleshooting abilities and familiarity with CMMS systems a plus.
