Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Indonesia to service small to mid-sized buildings, industrial systems and equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems, and review work orders to track completion under supervision.

Key responsibilities include routine inspections, troubleshooting, and assisting with installation or modification of equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

About The Role
