Responsibilities include diagnosing failures, documenting activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role requires coordination with production operators and project teams to improve machine efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Execute corrective maintenance and repairs to resolve equipment breakdowns.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance activity reports.
• Document all maintenance activities and repairs in checklists.
• Diagnose root causes of machine and facility failures and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Implement modifications and improvements to increase machine reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure all technical activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
• Maintain work quality to prevent disruption of product quality.
• Immediately report any abnormalities to Plant Manager.
• Work with production operators to ensure machines are always ready for operation.
• Coordinate with team on improvement project implementation.
