About the Role

PT Mamame Whole Foods is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage maintenance activities in our food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring all machines and utilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably to support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of the maintenance team (mechanical & electrical).

Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for production machines and utilities.

Ensure machines and equipment are maintained according to food safety, GMP, and safety standards.

Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and minimize downtime.

Coordinate with Production, QC, and Warehouse to support operational needs.

Monitor and control maintenance spare parts and tools inventory.

Prepare maintenance reports, downtime analysis, and improvement plans.

Support machine installation, modification, and improvement projects.

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company SOPs.

Manage and evaluate performance of maintenance technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.

Minimum 3–5 years experience in maintenance within food manufacturing / FMCG industry.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic PLC systems.

Experience leading a maintenance team.

Familiar with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Willing to work in shift / factory environment if required.
