Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician to maintain medium to large buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. The role covers preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure safe, efficient operation.

You will troubleshoot, install, and modify building equipment, lead work orders, and support energy management while adhering to safety codes and CBRE standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
