Job Description

• Control maintenance cost by maximizing spare part lifetime through preventive maintenance, modification, spare part substitution and self-manufacturing.
• Control preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to keep plant running with high reliability and support production.
• Avoid unplanned shutdowns to keep all equipment running well and supply power to users stably.
• Project scheduling of Boiler & Turbine, CHS, and demin plant shutdown to ensure plant reliability.
• Monitor and control material, tools, and spare parts availability to align with maintenance schedule.
• Execute improvement/automation action plans by reviewing current business processes for continuous performance excellence.
• Control CEMS equipment with periodic checks and reliable operation to achieve low carbon emissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Physics Engineering.
• 15 years of experience related to engineering, maintenance jobs, and utilities in power plants.
• Experience with preventive maintenance techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of power generation equipment, including turbines, generators, boilers, pumps, and heat exchangers.
• A thorough understanding of power plant safety regulations, procedures, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards.
• Understanding of electrical systems, generators, transformers, switchgear, SCADA systems, PLCs, and instrumentation.
• Location: Karawang, West Java.
