Position Overview

Meratus Group seeks a strategic and hands‑on Maintenance Management - Eastern Indonesia to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all branches in East Indonesia, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The role ensures operational continuity by managing contractors and vendors, coordinating minor renovations, and supporting branch teams in maintaining assets and facilities according to company standards. This position requires regular branch coordination, site visits, and strong vendor management skills to ensure building reliability and safety across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
  • Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance programs for MEP systems across all branches.
  • Monitor and respond to corrective maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution to minimize operational downtime.
  • Ensure MEP systems comply with technical standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify risks, defects, or required improvements.
Contractor & Vendor Management
  • Manage and supervise vendors/contractors performing maintenance, repair, and minor renovation works.
  • Review and verify work orders, job sheets, service reports, and invoices.
  • Ensure contractors meet scope of work, quality standards, safety compliance, and service timelines.
  • Support procurement in evaluating vendors for maintenance and repair services.
Branch Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with Branch Managers to identify maintenance needs, prioritize requests, and plan execution schedules.
  • Provide technical guidance to branches on facility issues, equipment usage, and asset care.
  • Assist branches in implementing preventive maintenance programs and monitoring contractor performance.
  • Provide emergency support and troubleshooting during critical equipment or infrastructure failures.
Minor Renovations & Facility Improvements
  • Coordinate small‑scale renovation or improvement projects (e.g., workspace upgrades, repairs, layout adjustments).
Asset & Documentation Management
  • Maintain updated records of building assets, maintenance logs, warranties, licenses, and repair histories.
  • Support asset inventory and tagging related to building facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure proper documentation for regulatory compliance (e.g., electrical inspection, fire safety system checks, certifications).
Qualifications & Experience
Education
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in MEP supervision and maintenance.
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse, industrial facilities or multi‑site operations is an advantage.
Core Technical Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, building schematics and manuals.
  • Experience managing vendors and contractors.

  • Strong leadership, coordination and vendor management skills.
