Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations to achieve a target of Zero Incidents.
2. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.
3. Analyze maintenance needs by reviewing machine breakdown data and maintenance tasks.
4. Develop maintenance plans to prevent breakdowns and unplanned stops.
5. Create and follow maintenance schedules based on data and repair history.
6. Use IPS tools to analyze breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
7. Report loss time from breakdowns during DDS meetings.
8. Coordinate with departments to address equipment defects and follow-up actions.
9. Create PM-Cards to identify root causes and develop preventive actions.
10. Conduct Health Checks on operators to ensure standards and procedures are followed.
11. Review and improve maintenance schedules periodically.
12. Provide training to operators for troubleshooting and operational issues.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good understanding of IWS (Integrated Working System).
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in the printing industry (Rotogravure & Offset) is an advantage.
