Job summary

PT CONTEMPORARY AMPEREX TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA BATTERY (CATL Indonesia) is seeking an on-site maintenance technician to perform daily maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment. You will support engineers to improve efficiency and optimize performance, using electrical testing tools, HMI, and PLC for troubleshooting.

The role requires vocational high school education in electrical/mechanical/industrial fields, 1+ year experience in equipment maintenance, and

Qualifications

• Minimum vocational high school majoring electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when needed.
• Maintenance & repair skills for automation equipment.
• Solid knowledge of materials, machinery, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical drawing.
• Proficient in PLC programming/configuration (SIEMENS is preferred).
• Experience with Industrial robotics is preferred (KUKA, ABB, Fanuc).
• English language skills (read, write and speak).

About you

Minimum vocational high school majoring electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering

Preferred diploma or bachelor majoring in electrical and mechanical engineering

Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in automation equipment or battery industries

Maintenance & repair skills for automation equipment

Solid knowledge of materials, machinery, and electrical systems

Familiarity with electrical and mechanical drawing

Proficient in PLC programming/configuration (SIEMENS is preferred)
