What Will You Do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve ML models/infrastructure and software that uses these models.
- Analyze machine learning algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and rank them based on their cost & benefit.
- Develop and maintain existing application (chatbot) using generative AI (LLM).
- Communicate technical concern to other parties, such as Teammates, Project Manager, Team from other division, client.
What Will You Need
- 1-2 years of proven relevant work experience in Data Science.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying chatbot applications using generative AI / LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) — mandatory.
- Experience fine-tuning or integrating LLMs into production systems — mandatory.
- Industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML) models, ML infrastructure, Natural Language Processing or Deep Learning.
- Able to solve complex business problems and apply machine learning to optimize critical business metrics.
- Solid knowledge in root-cause analysis, statistical modeling, time-series forecasting, or predictive modeling techniques.
- Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using various database platforms such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Hive, BigQuery, etc.
- Proficiency in Python and related data/ML libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Transformers).
- Good understanding of generative AI concepts and LLM architectures (e.g., encoder-decoder models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation).
- Familiar with REST API best practices and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- High sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows is a plus.
- Experience working in a cloud environment such as GCP, Azure, or AWS is a plus point.
