Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in luxury retail or premium goods is preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to educate customers on features.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and personalised customer service by greeting, assisting, and building strong relationships with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recommend products and deliver expert advice based on customer preferences and needs.
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our premium watch collection.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and strong product knowledge.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product range, pricing, industry trends, and company policies.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-organised, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
• Support inventory management, merchandising, and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotions, campaigns, and share best practices.
