Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role within a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or upscale restaurant.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop and manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English; other languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring exceptional service.
• Lead, mentor and develop the restaurant team to maintain luxury standards.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, service procedures and policies.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and other departments to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and manpower planning to support operations.
• Control costs including labor, inventory and beverage while maximizing profitability.
• Monitor KPIs, sales analysis and financial reporting; implement action plans.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Drive upselling initiatives and revenue-generating opportunities.
