Job summary

Alila Villas Uluwatu in Bali, Indonesia, seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to partner with the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations of the luxury dining venue, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and that Hyatt brand standards are consistently met.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive revenue opportunities, maintain service excellence, and support staff development while coordinating with kitchen and service teams in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• 3+ years in restaurant operations, incl. at least 1 year in supervisory/assistant management in luxury hotel or fine dining.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, service standards, and guest engagement.
• Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Guest-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
