Responsibilities

• Ensure effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel to produce high‑quality products.
• Support and assist the manager within the operating budget.
• Monitor and manage daily production floor activities, ensuring customer delivery schedules are met.
• Provide training to operators and ensure production schedules are met within the specified time.
• Implement quality and productivity measures on the manufacturing floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
