We’re looking for an HR & Community Manager to help us build and manage a team of video editors and designers. You’ll hire, train, and oversee the creative team while coordinating directly with our agency.
• Recruit and onboard creative talent.
• Develop and implement training programs.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the creative team.
• Communicate performance and project status with the agency.
