Job summary

Schlumberger Batam mencari CNC Programmer untuk mempercepat produksi PCB di fasilitas Batam. Kandidat harus memiliki latar belakang teknik, pengalaman PCBA, dan kemampuan mengelola proses produksi.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan bahasa Inggris, penguasaan MRP, serta kepatuhan pada ISO 9001/14001/45001. Bergabunglah untuk bekerja dalam tim yang berintegritas, inovatif, dan fokus pada hasil.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Industrial or Electronic Engineering.
• At least 3 years of PCBA electronics manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with MRP systems.
• Ability to lead more than 50 subordinates.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to establish and control process workflows.
• Ability to manage operators and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Mengoptimalkan pemakaian material, peralatan, dan tenaga kerja untuk produksi berkualitas.
• Dukung manajer dalam pengelolaan anggaran.
• Mengawasi aktivitas produksi harian di lantai.
• Memenuhi jadwal pengiriman pelanggan sesuai rencana.
• Memberi pelatihan kepada Operator.
• Memastikan jadwal produksi terpenuhi tepat waktu.
• Menjamin kualitas dan produktivitas di lantai produksi.
• Menjunjung kode etik dan nilai perusahaan.
• Dapat melakukan tugas tambahan sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.

• Ensure the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel while making products at highquality level.
• Support and assist manager within the operating budget.
• To monitor and manage daily production floor activities
• Responsible in meeting the customer schedule delivery date base on plan.

• Education D3 or S1 major in Industrial/Electronic Engineering
• Experience at least 3 year in PCBA Electronics manufacturing is preferred
• Knowledge and hands on MRP system
• Able to lead >50 subordinates
• Familiar with ISO Standard 9001, 14001 & 45001
• Proficient in English
• To be able to establish and control the process work flow
• To be able to manage and control the Operators and equipment
