Job summary

A global supply chain specialist is seeking an Associate Representative for Customer Service and Support in Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
• Knowledge in Sea or Air Freight will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer shipments and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Provide accounts with cost-effective shipment plans.
• Release e-FCR and BL for documentation processing.
• Update customers regarding their shipments.
