Position

Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Plan daily and weekly delivery schedules and arrangements.
  • Determine truck or container type based on product quantity, characteristics, weight, and dimension.
  • Create Delivery Order / Surat Jalan, track and monitor to ensure timely return of the document.
  • Liaise with warehousing, transporters and sales teams for quick response to all delivery‑related issues.
  • Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Enquire and negotiate transport rates with 3PL and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
  • Analyse shipping routes and methods to reduce costs.
  • Generate reports for performance analysis and planning.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc jobs or assignments requested by the superior or department head.
Requirements
  • Holding a bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with domestic delivery (land and sea), 3PL, and negotiating transport rates.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and transportation regulations.
  • Experience with SAP.
