A leading electronics company in North Jakarta seeks a Logistics Continuous Improvement Analyst to oversee operational budgets, conduct billing audits, and lead productivity projects. Candidates should have at least a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of logistics experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TMS, WMS, SAP, and methodologies like Lean is essential. Oversee and analyze logistics operational budgets (Transportation, Warehouse, Manpower, and Material Handling Equipment/MHE).
Conduct daily/weekly billing audits of vendor invoices to ensure cost accuracy.
Identify cost variances and provide mitigation recommendations for cost efficiency.
Prepare monthly reports on Cost per Unit, Logistics Cost as % of Sales, and other expense efficiency metrics.
Analyze end-to-end logistics processes to identify bottlenecks and waste.
Lead productivity improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
Design and monitor operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure department targets are met.
Collaborate with operational teams (Inbound/Outbound) to standardize SOPs for increased speed and accuracy.
Assist in rate negotiations with logistics providers/3PLs based on market data analysis.
