Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and dashboard for all core warehouse operations, including inbound & receiving, outbound & delivery, inventory (cycle count) accuracy, and equipment/facility maintenance.

Generate and analyze KPI reports and dashboard for third-party transport vendors, monitoring performance related to on-time delivery (OTD) and overall service quality.

Manage the systematic daily filing and organize all warehouse operational documents to ensure compliance and support audit requirements.

Extract, compile, and archive daily reports from SAP and external distributor platforms, ensuring data integrity and availability for analysis.

Manage and monitor stock availability for supporting materials, such as IFUs (Instructions for Use) and labels.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a related field
• Knowledge in database management and data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI, and other data visualization tools) is preferred
• Knowledge in Supply Chain operations and experience in using SAP is preferable
• Good communication and excel skill
• Young and Energetic
