This is a full-time on-site position for a Logistic Supervisor based in Bengkalis, Riau. The Logistic Supervisor is entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of coordinating and overseeing the seamless transport, storage, and distribution of goods. In this dynamic role, they will efficiently organize and monitor the movement of goods from production facilities to warehouses or customers, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. The Logistic Supervisor will play a critical role in managing logistics personnel and collaborating closely with various departments, such as procurement, production, and sales, to optimize logistics operations and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• In-depth familiarity with transportation laws and regulations, shipping and receiving procedures, as well as inventory control practices.
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities to effectively coordinate logistics activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with logistics software such as SAP and Sunfish.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
