Procurement – Complete Vehicles & Spare Parts
Support the review, signing, and archiving of procurement contracts.
- Assist in verifying procurement prices and delivery lead times to meet project and quality requirements.
- Track purchase order execution, identify abnormalities, and assist in problem-solving with internal teams and suppliers.
Spare Parts Coding & Data Management
Build and maintain an accurate parts information database (codes, names, categories, suppliers).
- Conduct routine data audits to ensure completeness, accuracy, and eliminate duplicates.
- Manage daily part-code allocation, updates, and support the development of coding rules.
- Handle daily inquiries related to part identification and ensure data consistency across the supply chain.
Business Process (BP) Support – Orders & Sales Operations
Receive and validate customer orders, ensuring accuracy of all content.
- Prepare and review sales contracts, manage internal approval workflows, and finalize documentation.
- Provide timely and accurate quotations to customers and maintain pricing records.
- Track delivery status for vehicles and parts, coordinate handover processes, and update customer communication.
- Support invoice coordination with Finance and ensure timely document issuance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant discipline.
- English or Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) for cross‑functional and supplier/customer communication.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and data processing.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage simultaneous tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

- Demonstrated leadership capability and experience in HR development, including talent acquisition, employee development, and building a productive organization.
- Proficiency in English is essential. Japanese language ability is an advantage.
