Job summary

Wings Group is seeking a Logistics Supervisor/Manager to oversee transport and warehouse operations across distribution centers in Sumatera. The role ensures SOP adherence for warehousing and delivery, while driving improvements in logistics efficiency.

The candidate should have 4+ years in logistics leadership, strong team management, and hands-on experience with WMS and SAP, routing, and budgeting. Willingness to be placed in Sumatera (Jambi/Bukittinggi/Batam) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.20+ (on a 4.00 scale) required.
• 4+ years experience as Logistics Supervisor/Logistic Manager (Warehouse and Transport).
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Familiar with WMS & SAP, routing and budgeting.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must own at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.20 (on a scale of 4.00).
• At least 4 years of experience as a Logistics Supervisor/Logistic Manager (Warehouse and Transport function).
• Experienced in leading teams.
• Familiar with WMS & SAP, routing, and budgeting.
• Willing to be placed in Sumatera (Jambi/Bukittinggi/Batam)
