Job description

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day warehousing operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive operational excellence across multiple sites. This role requires strong analytical thinking, leadership capability, and a deep understanding of warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse operations to ensure smooth inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
• Monitor inventory control, cycle counts, stock movement, and accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure all logistics activities follow SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) standards and comply with warehouse security regulations.
• Optimize space utilization, manpower planning, and workflow efficiency across the warehouse area.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements using analytical and problem-solving frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, transport, supply chain, and support functions).
• Provide leadership and coaching to area-level teams to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics or warehousing operations.
• Experienced with handling multiple warehouses in multiple region/cities.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse flow processes, and warehouse SOPs.
• Knowledge of SHE regulations and warehouse safety compliance.
• Experienced with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing area-level operational teams.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability in problem solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
