Qualifications

• Placement will be in Bekasi, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery and inventory for two distribution centers.
• Lead daily logistics operational teams.
• Maintain and monitor stock availability.
• Track Proof of Delivery documents.
• Report delivery cost ratio and occupancy rate daily.

Overview

Managing delivery and inventory for two distribution centers within the company’s highest selling network. Leading daily logistics operational teams. Ensuring maximum distribution capacity with minimum cost, delivered safely and on time to customers. Maintaining clear communication with 3PL partners to resolve inventory or distribution issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor stock availability and plan for stock replenishment.
• Monitor and track Proof of Delivery documents.
• Report delivery cost ratio and occupancy rate on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics as a supervisor, and/or 2 years as a manager, preferably from an FMCG company.
• Expertise in Demand Planning, Warehouse Management System, and Transport Management System is a plus.
• Confident in negotiation and straightforward in communication.
• Proficient with ERP software (SAP) and understands FIFO.
• Placement will be in Bekasi, West Java.
