Job description

Overview

Lead logistics workstream, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, order processing, and inbound–outbound operations/planning, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Provides leadership role with logistics team, supply chain peers, internal stakeholders, as well as business colleagues. Develops and mentors team members, promotes full employee engagement, and implements performance‑based monitoring to enhance productivity & digitalization.

Collaborates on network design, sets and monitors KPIs, and reports on site performance to drive accountability and operational excellence.

Work Experience

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, etc.), Chemistry, or Supply Chain, Transportation, Business or Economics.
• Proven experience or 8+ years in logistics, transportation, warehousing or supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with logistics operations for chemical handling.
• Strong experience on logistics operations and high capability on the ERP SAP system is a must, experience on ERP migration to SAP system.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong project management skill, data analytics and fluent in English.
