About the Role:

We’re looking for a Hyperlocal Growth Catalyst & Community Builder: someone energetic, creative, and people-driven. As an LMCA, you’ll be the face of the brand in your local area, driving foot traffic, building communities, and keeping the buzz alive around our outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authentic Daily Content: Create real-time Reels/TikTok showcasing Store vibes, products, and people using brand templates provided by HQ.
  • Community Building: Connect with local communities (offices, campuses, hobby groups) and micro/nano influencers. Turn your Store's into community hubs.
  • Local Activation: Execute small-scale events (workshops, live music, watch parties) and field activations to attract new customers.
  • Digital & Online Food Optimization: Manage and optimize performance on food delivery platforms (GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood) and keep Google Maps profiles up to date.
