We are looking for a Mandarin teacher who can design courses to match students’ actual proficiency, provide personalized learning support, and organize cultural activities, while participating in course evaluations and teamwork

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Mandarin education or related field preferred.
• Mandarin teaching experience preferred.
• HSK 5 level examination passed.
• Fluent writing in Mandarin; English ability preferred.
• Able to work weekends; schedule allows weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Mandarin courses meeting students' actual proficiency.
• Provide personalized learning support and track progress.
• Stimulate interest and motivation using diversified teaching methods to improve language skills.
• Organize and participate in Chinese culture activities to enhance language and cultural awareness.
• Participate in course evaluation and teamwork to maintain teaching standards.

Job description

Design and implement Mandarin courses that meet students’ actual Mandarin proficiency, including but not limited to speaking, listening, reading and writing;

Provide personalized learning support, answer questions and provide information about learning progress, work with students to develop learning plans, track learning progress and provide feedback;

Through diversified teaching methods, students' interest and learning motivation are stimulated, and Mandarin language skills are improved.

Organize and participate in activities related to Chinese culture to enhance students’ language skills and cultural awareness;

Participate in course evaluation and improvement to ensure teaching quality and teaching standards. Actively participate in teamwork and contribute to the company's Mandarin courses and cultural activities.

Eligibility requirements

2 years contract

Bachelor degree or above (for full-time) in Mandarin education or Mandarin-related professional education background is preferred, Mandarin teaching experience is preferred;

Passed at least HSK 5 level examination

Fluent writing ability in Mandarin, and those who are also good in English are preferred;

Good emotion and stress control

Can-do attitude, emotional intelligent and passion

Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)

Working days and working hours : Monday - Saturday -> 09.00 - 18.00 if you are required to work on Saturday, you may substitute it with a day off on another day of the week. Alternatively, you may work in the afternoon or leave later in the day, depending on your preference and schedule.
