A prominent bank in Indonesia is seeking an experienced candidate for a Managerial role in Loan Review. The ideal applicant must have at least 10 years of banking experience, including 5 years in loan review, with a preference for experience in a Korean financial institution. Proficiency in the Korean language is essential for communication with clients. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with credit processes and conducting customer assessments. This role is crucial for maintaining credit quality within the organization.
A minimum of 10 years experience in Banking Industry and 5 years in Loan Review
Experienced in Foreign Bank (preferably Korean Bank)
Good in Korean language skills, minimum conversational level
Minimum last position level is Manager
Job Descriptions:
Prepare and submit the Loan Review Division Work Plan.
Ensure all credit disbursement processes comply with applicable policies and procedures, as well as review and identify credit risks for disbursed loans.
Ensure the Total Relationship Concept (TRC) is implemented in every credit analysis and monitoring process.
Ensure the evaluation of all Post-Disbursement Review reports prepared by the Loan Quality Control team and provide recommendations for credit risk mitigation.
Verify and check information on Korean parent companies, such as general company information, credit ratings, and financial reports, through the Woori Portal and the WINI Portal (portal access to Woori Bank Korea).
Conduct on-the-spot visits to Korean and non-Korean corporate customers, referring to the company's classification assessment results as "Yellow." These visits are mandatory as part of the credit monitoring process to maintain credit quality, particularly for Korean corporate customers.
This is in accordance with company policy.
Coordinate and communicate with key Korean personnel at the management level, particularly Korean corporate customers, in carrying out credit monitoring and oversight functions so that the Bank can obtain more comprehensive information on the company's condition after credit disbursement.
Ensure and supervise the implementation of corrective action plans for customers on the watchlist.
Ensure regular credit quality assessment monitoring reports (including restructuring reports, the Uniform Classification System (UCS), and others) are submitted to the regulator.
Ensure the Bank can identify credit risks in the loan portfolio and implement mitigation measures to reduce these risks.
