Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage live streaming sessions in real‑time to ensure smooth execution.
- Optimize live stream performance by improving audience engagement and interaction.
- Coordinate with hosts, technical teams, and content teams to enhance the live streaming experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts and implement quick solutions.
- Analyze live stream data and audience insights to improve performance and engagement.
- Stay updated on trending topics to create relevant and engaging content.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain content quality standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading Mandarin is required.
- Have 3‑5 years of experience in live operation or central control, and be familiar with the operation process of TikTok or another platform.
- College degree or above, major in media, marketing, e‑commerce, etc. is preferred.
- Be familiar with the operation of live equipment and the handling of common technical problems; have strong emergency handling capabilities and be able to calmly deal with emergencies during live broadcasts.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate with anchors, technical teams, content teams, etc.
- Data analysis ability, able to analyze and optimize live broadcast effects based on data.
- Be sensitive to hot topics, understand the interests and preferences of the target group, and be able to adjust the live broadcast content in real time.
- Careful, responsible, able to withstand greater work pressure, and adapt to the rhythm and time requirements of live broadcasts.
