• Lead, supervise, and support livestream and video production teams (host, videographer, editor, operator).
• Plan and manage daily and weekly production and livestream schedules.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with campaign and business objectives.
• Provide clear direction and production briefs for each project or livestream.
• Monitor livestream/video performance and prepare analytical reports for improvement.
• Optimize content to increase engagement, viewership, and conversion to sales.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and warehouse teams for content and stock alignment.
• Build and refine SOPs to streamline production workflows and improve team efficiency.
• Evaluate team performance and provide guidance to increase capability and productivity.
