Kanmo Group is a leading Indonesian retail and distribution company managing over 50 global lifestyle, fashion, kids & baby brands. The group pioneers omnichannel retail and live commerce for premium fashion labels including Coach, Kate Spade, and luxury watches.

Role Overview

The Live Streaming Manager will lead end-to-end live commerce operations for Kanmo Group’s premium fashion brands, driving brand engagement and sales growth through strategic campaign planning, execution, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop live streaming strategies and campaign calendars for fashion brands like Coach, Kate Spade, and watches on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and others.
  • Oversee full live stream production, including content planning, technical setup (OBS, graphics), real-time promotions, and performance analysis.
  • Manage and coach live hosts, production teams, and agency partners to deliver consistent brand messaging and top-quality presentations.
  • Analyze real-time and post-campaign data to optimize live commerce effectiveness and conversion.
  • Coordinate live promotions such as vouchers, coins, and interactive gimmicks to maximize customer engagement.
  • Collaborate across marketing, brand, product, and customer service teams for seamless campaign execution and follow-up.
  • Manage agency relationships, contracts, and talent development to maintain a high standard of live streaming operations.
