LIVE STREAMING COORDINATOR SENIOR EXECUTIVE

As the Live Streaming Coordinator for Kanmo Group’s fashion brands, you will oversee the end-to-end flow and execution of live commerce sessions, ensuring seamless coordination between hosts, marketing teams, and operational staff to deliver compelling and high-converting fashion live streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage the live streaming flow, event rundown, and segment pacing tailored to fashion product storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Design and implement gimmicks, live promotions, vouchers, coins, and interactive elements to enhance viewer interaction and drive sales.
  • Collect and analyze daily live stream performance data for real-time insight and immediate adjustments.
  • Coordinate with live streaming hosts on script, real-time prompts, and fashion product presentation to ensure a consistent and persuasive brand message.
  • Set up on-screen elements such as stickers, banners, and graphics with live production tools like OBS, emphasizing fashion aesthetics.
  • Manage live promos, voucher codes, coin redemptions, and timing for maximum campaign effectiveness.
  • Perform real-time data analysis during live sessions to provide actionable recommendations to hosts and production teams.
  • Oversee fashion product selection for live streams, aligning with seasonal trends, launches, and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with sample and product teams to ensure availability and smooth integration of fashion items during demonstrations.
  • Liaise closely with customer service teams to resolve viewer queries efficiently during and after live events.
  • Prepare and maintain schedules, scripts, and rundowns with fashion-focused content and brand guidelines.
