Responsibilities
  • Community & NGO Engagement: Assist the team in building and maintaining relationships with communities, NGOs, and relevant organizations through outreach, coordination, and ongoing communication.
  • CSR Program Support: Help plan, implement, and monitor community development and CSR initiatives, ensuring they run smoothly and align with company objectives.
  • Government Liaison: Coordinate and schedule meetings, courtesy visits, and official communication with government agencies at local and regional levels.
  • Event & Administrative Support: Organize logistics for events, workshops, and programs related to community development and government partnerships.
  • Research & Reporting: Collect and compile data on CSR activities, prepare basic reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Assist in tracking relevant regulations, policies and government programs related to CSR, community development and public affairs.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Legal, ESG, Marketing, Community Development and HR) to ensure alignment of CSR and community development initiatives.
  • Budget & Vendor Support: Assist in managing small-scale budgets, liaising with vendors or service providers and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services for CSR or community projects.

  • Industry background: Law, Public Administration, Political Science, Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for community or government‑related activities
  • Age: 20‑25 years old
  • Personalities required: Good interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, positive attitude, adaptable and flexible
  • Soft skills: Good communication skills (Verbal and written) in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
