Job Description

• Develop and implement innovative spa treatments, wellness programs, and recreational activities that align with current industry trends and guest preference.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa and recreation facilities, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance.
• Create and execute marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase revenue.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wellness experiences for guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve spa and recreation offerings.
