Position Summary

As a Lifestyle Concierge at Aspire Lifestyles, you will engage with diverse clients to deliver exceptional service experiences. You will manage and fulfill customer requests for both standard and high-profile clients via phone, email, and chat, utilizing various resources to provide prompt, professional, and concise responses. Key Responsibilities
  • Independently fulfill high-profile client requests and demo tasks through various communication mediums.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues and vendor communication with discretion.
  • Ensure positive customer experiences and provide accurate, timely information.
  • Deliver services per contractual agreements and handle requests tactfully.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their preferences and make outbound calls as needed.
  • Adhere to high-quality customer service standards and utilize resources effectively.
  • Communicate responses clearly, professionally, and concisely, representing clients' brands courteously.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance customer assistance skills.
  • Use enterprise solutions to assist customers and manage customer data.
  • Follow client and company policies when interacting with customers.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
  • Working experiences : 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Competency: Influencing and communication skills.
  • Language requirement : Fluency in English. Other languages is an asset.
