Job summary

The Walt Disney Company Indonesia in Jakarta is offering an internship in the Lifecycle & Retention Marketing team for Disney+. The role focuses on developing, setting up, and optimizing campaigns to improve acquisition, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.

You will collaborate with SEA teams across Singapore, Thailand, and Philippines, work with creative partners, and help run tests and analyses to drive insights, with a full-time on-site schedule Jan–Jun 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Management or a related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• The ability to use PowerPoint to create presentations is an added value and Excel for data processing is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise deadlines.
• A self-starter capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app, and other mobile messaging channels.
• Collaborate with the SEA team on planning and development of a marketing calendar.
• Work with creative teams to obtain assets for campaigns and brief agencies on copy angles.
• Deliver tests and learn scenarios to drive actionable insights for future optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle team across SEA to drive business metrics and engagement.
• Champion new customer engagement and retention techniques and approaches.
• Assist with automated campaigns ideation, rollout and maintenance with regional lifecycle leads.
• Think creatively to generate new concepts and ideas.
