Strong knowledge of OSS, business licensing processes, and regulatory compliance. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a small team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially with government agencies. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with good command of English (both written and spoken). Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple licensing projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the processing of business licenses, permits, OSS, NIB, and other operational approvals.
• Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of licensing documents.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory and compliance matters related to licensing.
• Maintain effective communication with government authorities and relevant institutions (BKPM, ministries, local government, etc.).
• Lead and support the legal team in handling clients’ licensing matters.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that impact licensing requirements and update management/clients accordingly.
