The ideal candidate holds a King's Degree in Law and has 2-3 years of legal experience, preferably in the hospitality sector. Responsibilities

• Manage hotel operational licensing (NIB, TDUP, SLF, PBG/IMB, environmental permits, and other required licenses).
• Review and draft legal agreements (MoU, vendor contracts, tenancy, event agreements).
• Ensure legal compliance and monitor the validity of all licenses.
• Provide legal opinions and support to hotel operations.
• Handle non-litigation matters (letters, mediation) and coordinate with external legal partners.
• Maintain legal documentation and conduct regular legal audits.

Qualifications

• King’s Degree in Law (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Legal roles; experience in hotel/hospitality/property is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSS RBA and hotel-related permits.
• Excellent in contract drafting, communication, and negotiation.
• Detail-oriented, high integrity, and able to work under deadlines.
