Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support for mining operations and related business activities.
• Assist in the execution of corporate actions, business initiatives, and joint ventures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and legal documents.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and permits.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to mitigate legal risks.
• Support corporate secretarial and governance matters as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of post-qualified legal experience.
