Job Description

Perfetti Van Melle is a privately‑owned company, producing and distributing candies and chewing gums in more than 150 countries worldwide. The business is now looking for a strong Legal Officer. The work location is in our Cibinong Office. In this role, you will report directly to the Legal Counsel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the administration for Legal Documents
• Ensure all legal documentation of the company is well‑organized and properly stored.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research on applicable regulations, both local and international, relevant to the manufacturing industry.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all legal policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
• Assist in drafting contracts with suppliers, customers, and third parties.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate of Law
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in English
• Attention to detail and resilience
