Job description

1. Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining all legal documents such as letters, agreements, company policies, and others.

2. Provide simple legal advice/legal opinion to other division.

3. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

4. Maintain relationship with notary, attorney at law, related government institutions and other parties relevant to company affairs.

5. Monitor changes in legislation and advise on legal risks or implications.

Requirement:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law (GPA ≥ 3.0) with at least 1 year of experience in Corporate Legal Departement.

2. Good understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
