Job Qualification:

Legal Manager – Corporate
Kredivo Group is hiring for a Legal Manager – Corporate. The incumbent will be assisting the Senior Legal Counsel of the company to mainly provide strategic legal support in corporate, funding and financing transactions and in ensuring that effective legal support is provided to commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise stakeholders on various regulatory requirements related to the lending and financing business operations.
- Support stakeholders with legal advice and assistance on various commercial contracts, including corporate structuring, corporate transactions, and financing projects and arrangements (including loan agreements and security documents package).
- Provide and lead legal support in a range of legal matters, including company corporate governance, legal administrative filing, and submission/reporting of legal data.
- Monitor and report any regulatory updates from relevant authorities related to the group companies' business activities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to legal requests and regulatory advice from stakeholders, and advise on recommended action.
- Develop legal precedents in line with the legal, regulatory, and corporate environment.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, ranging from BI, OJK, and other relevant regulations related to the group companies' business activities, to company operation.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of legal knowledge and expertise and apply it to the business environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university and a minimum of 5-6 years’ combined experience as a corporate lawyer at a reputable private practice firm and in‑house legal practitioner (tech and financial industry experiences are desirable).
- PERADI certified is preferable.
- Competence as a lawyer; ability to manage workload in a dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent drafting, and a drive to provide commercially sound advice with the ability to challenge results, provide solutions, and form justifiable assumptions for the business.
- High personal integrity and commitment, strong communication and negotiation skills, independent and solution‑oriented working style.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Fluent in spoken & written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and proficient in Google Docs & Slides (tech‑savvy is a plus).
