About Our Client
As part of this transformation, our client is seeking an experienced Legal & Corporate Secretary to report directly to the Owner. The selected professional will play a strategic and hands‑on role in overseeing legal, compliance, and corporate secretarial functions across group entities. This role will also be instrumental in advising on group restructurization, developing corporate systems, and preparing the organization for future IPO readiness.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal and corporate secretarial advice to support restructuring and governance initiatives.
- Build and streamline legal, secretarial, and compliance systems across group entities.
- Consolidate and monitor reports, legal documents, and compliance submissions at the group level.
- Lead and coordinate IPO preparation, including documentation, due diligence, and regulatory engagement.
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls.
- Support management and the Owner in corporate transactions, board meetings, and decision‑making processes.
- Ensure all statutory obligations, licenses, and permits are properly maintained and compliant with regulations.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in legal and corporate secretarial roles, ideally within a diversified group or holding company.
- Proven experience in corporate restructuring, IPO preparation, or governance development.
- Willing to be hands‑on and contribute to groundwork and system establishment.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, OJK/IDX regulations, and governance principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast‑paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
