Job Description

• Draft, review, and ensure compliance with business contracts, cooperation agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure business operations comply with licensing regulations, including retail trade and intellectual property rights.
• Monitor and manage business permits, legal document renewals, and required certifications.
• Provide legal advice on corporate business activities.
• Handle and manage legal documents related to copyrights, trademarks, trade regulations, and consumer protection laws.
• Coordinate with external parties, including notaries, government agencies, and legal consultants as needed.
• Identify and manage legal risks that may impact company operations.

Qualifications
