Job summary

PT Bright Mobile Telecommunication (BMT) OPPO is seeking a final-semester law student or recent graduate for a 6-month internship on-site at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta. You will support the Legal Compliance team with daily administrative tasks, organize and maintain legal documents, and assist with filing and records. Proficiency in Word and Excel is required.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively while supporting a busy legal department.

Qualifications

• Final-semester law student or recent law graduate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Dedicated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Legal Compliance team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of legal documents and records.
• Assist with document filing and other tasks related to legal compliance.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day team operations.
